Training questions
  • This is just between me and you! Just some questions to try and ensure you get as much out of the course as possible. I'll be more able to tailor things for you, and with you.

  • About your computer & camera

  • You'll need at least 16GB of RAM. A Nvidia card with CUDA cores and at least 1GB of RAM.

    You'll also need lots of hard drive space. Half a terabyte will be enough for the weekend.
  • And how many megapixels can it shoot?

  • Your knowledge & skills

  • Four basic questions to peg your knowledge and skill levels.
  • It doesn't matter which version, I'm just after a bird's eye view of your knowledge.
  • Some are so complex, most just use 'auto'
  • By which I mean have you used any such software
  • It may be hard to pigeon hole yourself, but, hey 😉 We can figure it out later.

  • Other software experience

  • Some more open questions about your knowledge and skills.
  • Not about the type of picture, more processes, button presses, etc..
  • Kind of hard to know what you don't know 😉
  • If any at all. Skill levels: basic, intermediate, advanced.

  • Types of pictures: now and in the future

  • Who and what. Fine artist, pagan, fururist, commercial artist, technical illustrator?
  • Maybe paint brush oils? Or newspaper photography?
  • This may be a long, long list... If it were me. But try to keep it tight.
