Here at The Witch Photographer’s, I am really proud of my pictures. And I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, just contact me within three days of receiving your order and return it to us within fourteen days.

Returns, made quick and easy

1. Simply email thewitchphotographer@gmail.com or call us on 07948 961 538, with your order number and your reason for the return within three days of receipt.
2. As soon as I hear from you, I’ll provide instructions on how to return your order.
3. When your returned item(s) has been received, I’ll replace or refund your order.
4. I process all refunds within 10 days.

Further Terms

1. Items must be returned in original condition within fourteen days of receipt.
2. Proof of purchase may be required e.g. valid order number.
3. The refund does not include delivery charges.
4. My normal site terms and conditions also apply.

All you need to know

1. Your item(s) must be in original condition and repacked in the original packaging.
2. Please keep proof of postage for any return item(s). We can’t consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
